Unlocking life sciences innovation
The Innovation Hub is located in the heart of Dundee, immediately adjacent to University of Dundee city centre campus and it’s thriving centre of life sciences research and innovation. The Hub will provide specialist infrastructure to support life sciences commercialisation, collaboration, and innovation. The project is forecasted to support over 800 new life sciences jobs by 2053 and deliver over £190million of benefit to the local economy.
Spaces to grow your company
The Hub will offer tenants flexible laboratory space with integrated write up space or separate offices, as well as optional access to the technology platforms at the University of Dundee. Whether you require wet lab space or office space we can configure facilities to meet your needs. There will be access to reception, meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, showers, lockers, bicycle storage, parking and a modern networking atrium space to hold events and social gatherings.
The Innovation Hub project is led by the University of Dundee. It is supported by the Scottish Government through the Tay Cities Deal, the Wolfson Foundation, the Garfield Weston Foundation, and the University of Dundee.
