PEOPLE IN PAINTINGS is a fantasy comic with an oriental tone and ancient Chinese elements. This comic has two worlds: the real world and the painted world. The protagonist, Changsheng, is a sinful god who is the creator of the painted world. He travels between the two worlds constantly unlocking new stories for the reader.

Panels two, three, and four show the corner of the eave of a house, showing the sequence of movements of a woman pushing open a window and scaring away a bird that had been resting on the eave of the house. Panels five and six show a woman standing in front of a window, looking at her arms with black patterns and sighing.

It is a comic page of a large scene in a dark blue colour with some mist lingering. It portrays a village at night with warm yellow lights on all the houses in the village. The text section indicates that the people of this village have encountered a weirdo, and they plan to burn her to death.
