About

Shaun Powell

I like to just go with the flow, its hard to pinpoint what exactly will inspire me or give drive to my work but when I find it, the passion to create consumes. Usually focusing on a darker, horror theme or trying to tell a story through homo-erotic displays, my work can usually be found drawn to one of these two themes. I have a deep passion for creating not only my own personal pieces, but  I love creating pieces of work for other media I find inspiring such as film posters, book illustrations or pieces based off of music. I also try to be as versatile skill wise as possible and prefer to choose the medium I feel best suits the piece I am working on, whether it be digital, pencil or any various types of painting, I feel my work has too much room to be improved by working in various mediums to just stick to one kind.
