This guide is about Academic Skills Centre drop-in sessions with one of our tutors.

Quick query drop-ins
ASC quick query drop-ins will end on 31 May 2024, resuming in the new academic year. You can still book an appointment or contact us on asc@dundee.ac.uk
If you have an academic skills, exam or revision question that you think our tutors could answer quickly, use our campus drop-in services to speak to us in person instead of booking a full appointment.
- Get advice on the spot for questions relating to academic skills (essay writing, time-management, note-taking, etc.)
- Get general advice on wider student support issues, including who to contact for particular questions
Drop-in locations:
- City Campus, ASC Zone, opposite the Café in the Main Library: - Quick query drop-ins:
- Tuesday: 11:30-12:30
- Wednesday: 11:30-12:30
- Kirkcaldy Campus, Support Hub
- Tutors usually available in person every Friday during semester, 11:00-13:00 (Check Schedule)
- Ninewells, meeting room behind reception in the Promenade
- Thursday: 11:30-12:30
