Beginning a university degree can be a stressful time, but this module is designed to ease you into your learning journey gently.

You will find that by reflecting on your existing study skills, reading about normal challenges of beginning a university degree, and then planning your development, you will take a lot of that stress away and be able to face the challenge of learning whilst working as a professional.

This module will support you as you identify personal study strengths and discover how to build on them further. You will consider how to meet your developmental needs and evaluate your existing approaches to study. It will also help you to identify your support systems and how to use them effectively.
