Biography
Ian is a final-year PhD student at the University of Dundee's Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy with a thesis focusing on transboundary hydrocarbon unitizations. He is an international student hailing from North America and is an alumnus of the University of Edinburgh and Háskóli Íslands.
