Biography
Krishna is from the USA and studied MCh Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Technology in the Department of Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgery in our School of Medicine, graduating in 2009.
About Krishna
I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Cincinnati. I sub-specialize in musculoskeletal oncology, sports medicine, shoulder reconstruction and general orthopaedics, including primary and revision arthroplasty. I have numerous international presentations and publications in peer-reviewed journals with over 300 citations. I enjoy badminton, squash, and long runs and love to cook and travel.
Reason for becoming an Alumni Ambassador
I had an exceptional educational experience at the University of Dundee during my MCh Orthopaedic course. I wanted to be involved with my alumni institution as I identify with the core values of the institution and always had a desire to give back a little in whatever form I can. It is a matter of great joy and pride to be associated with the top medical institution in the United Kingdom.
