- Provide input in strategy and planning processes
- Provide marketing and marketing support
- Ensure consistency in quality assurance and progress monitoring
- Promote an host researcher development training and events
- Develop good practice in supervision
- Signpost specialist support for postgraduate researchers
- Facilitate effective representation of postgraduate researchers
