Registration is now open for the 2024 SABE/IAREP joint conference. The 48th annual conference is sponsored by the University’s School of Business and welcomes academics, policy makers, and practitioners from psychology, economics, business administration, marketing, consumer behaviour and related fields.

The four-day event includes a variety of presentations and workshops as well as addresses by several keynote speakers from around the world.

This year, there will be a focus on celebrating and welcoming the plurality of robust methodologies within and across disciplines amongst behavioural economists and economic psychologists, with the aim of better explaining the broader economic world that is rooted in how real people behave in the real world.

The Business School at the University of Dundee is pleased to host the 48th SABE/IAREP joint research conference taking place, August 19-22, 2024. SABE, the Society for the Advancement of Behavioural Economics and IAREP, the International Association for Research in Economic Psychology, are the largest international organisations of their kind attracting academics, policy makers, and practitioners from psychology, economics, business administration, marketing, consumer behaviour and related fields. This year we will host about 250 delegates, including five world leading keynote speakers. This is a first for the University of Dundee and provides us with the opportunity to showcase the pathbreaking research taking place in Dundee as well as our vibrant and diverse city.

Registration is open
