You will join a vibrant academic community committed to research excellence and innovative teaching. You will benefit from a supportive environment that encourages professional development and offers numerous opportunities for collaboration both within the University and with external partners. Your priorities will include:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality teaching materials for courses.
  • Conducting and publishing original research in areas related to our existing research strengths.
  • Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
  • Contributing to the School's administrative and outreach activities.
  • Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly in applied AI and data interaction, with potential cross-campus partnerships.

Who we're looking for:

  • A PhD in Computer Science or a closely related discipline
  • Proven experience in teaching and supervising at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • A strong research record with publications in reputable CS conferences and journals.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
