Go Abroad student handbook

If you have applied successfully and have been offered a space at one of our partner institutions for a study exchange then you can start to prepare for your time abroad!

Our Go Abroad handbook is full of important information and advice for you to consider when preparing for your exchange. Please use the checklists at the end to keep on track with all the documentation required for exchange. 

You will be invited to attend a mandatory pre-departure session in advance of your exchange to discuss important logistical requirements for the opportunity. This is also a great way to meet other students who will be on exchange (they might even be going to the same destination as you!) 

During your preparations we encourage you to reach out to our Go Abroad Ambassadors who can share their experience and top tips with you. 

Please check your emails regularly and ensure that you follow any instructions provided by the partner institutions by the deadlines that they set.
