Our early dispute resolution service is available to all members of the university community, including staff and students.
If you're interested having confidential chat with one of our trained mediators or have any questions about how we can support you, please email us at edr@dundee.ac.uk. One of our team members will be in touch with you to discuss your needs and schedule a session.
Our mediations take place in neutral venues arranged by our mediation administrator. These venues are selected to provide a comfortable and confidential space for all parties involved to discuss and resolve their conflicts.
Mediation in Action Sessions
If you're interested in learning more about how mediation works and how it can be applied in your department, we're happy to arrange a "practice mediation" session or an awareness-raising session for you.
