Such tumultuous moments prompt us to ask, Why? Best intentions from mature economies can empower the power structures' which were the root of negligence before or after a catastrophe in the developing world, for lack of better knowledge. of their ethics and norms in the ever-bolstering information age, where we have never been more genuinely isolated from each other, behind a glass veil of a screen. The earthquake in Kahramanaraş in 2023 inflicted these conditions on Turkey with negligence in prioritising what to build and agencies entrapped in unsuccessful battles over policies. Through all, the smallest power of collective action, the neighbourhood, bears the brunt of solutions enforced."

How did it reach its current point? Referencing Habermas' "Communicative Action" and Hamza Yusuf's "Reason and Revelation" hypothesis in rebuilding a moral mould, we will focus on the current challenges that Islamic grassroots adoption has faced within power structures in the fields of knowledge and spirituality and production for constructing a resilient future for architecture with the formwork of the past.
