Cross-border litigation refers to a legal dispute that involves parties from different countries.

This LLM course will develop your specialised legal expertise in cross-border disputes. This will include International and European disputes.  

You will study:

  • Conflicts of jurisdiction
  • Effects of foreign judgement
  • Private international law

You can choose from a wide range of optional modules, including:

  • Commercial law
  • Competition law
  • Dispute resolution
