Assessment

You will be assessed through a combination of coursework and a final assessment held at the end of each semester.

Coursework will account for between 40-50% of the overall degree. This will depend on your final choice of modules.

Operations Management and Change covers the strategic planning, design, execution, and improvement of an organisation's processes and activities. Learn how to optimise resources, processes, and systems to achieve business goals and adapt to change.
