Teaching on the course involves

- a research project.
Assessment
- Module 1 (Research skills) is assessed through a written piece of work in the form of a critical appraisal of a research paper. This will form 10% of the final mark
- Module 2 (Global health) will be assessed using a variety of methods such as presentation, essay, debate and continual assessment. This will form 25% of the final mark
- Module 3 (Research project) is assessed by a written protocol, dissertation, poster presentation and viva voce examination. This will form 65% of the final mark
