Project 64 is inspired by the chopping methods used in cooking. Project 64 is a celebration of food within a space. The building accommodates a cooking school, boutique hotel stays and the main attraction is a market hall that is the heart of the building. This proposed project is situated in a former jute mill (Eagle mills, Dundee). The proposal celebrates the existing building and creates both an educational environment as well as an entrepreneurial environment for potential businesses.
