Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) focuses on aligning Human Resource (HR) practices with the long term goals of an organisation.

Learn how the policies and practices of SHRM change the scope of both HR practitioner and line manager roles.

Explore essential areas in Operations Management, including product/service design, capacity management, inventory and supply chain management, lean operations, quality management, and project management.

Each topic will be discussed in depth, enabling you to analyse and solve complex problems related to production, goods, and services.
